Do you have a child who loves wolves? Is their birthday coming up? Celebrate with the pack at the Saint Francis Wolf Sanctuary! This private event allows guests to book a spot at the Sanctuary for the entire afternoon in order to celebrate with the Guest of Honor’s friends and family!

Your party will include a tour of the facility where you’ll get to see our wolves and wolfdogs and hear their stories, while also learning about their wild relatives. The birthday boy or girl will also receive a special keepsake to remember the day – a one-of-a-kind painting made by one of the animals at the Sanctuary!

After your tour, you will have time for food and games at our fire pit and picnic area. Groups may provide their own food, games, and decorations if they choose.

 Please Note: Contact with our wolves and wolfdogs (petting or going into enclosures) is NOT a part of any tour due to a number of safety and liability reasons. Instead, we attempt to provide an engaging and interactive experience through the use of Enrichment items or activities.

When: Birthday Parties must be booked in advance and we recommend the sooner the better as our slots are limited and fill quickly. Parties must be booked on either Monday or Friday. The tour will start at 1:00 PM, and parents are welcome any time after 12:30 to set up.

Price: The total price of the party will depend on the number of children. For 10 children or fewer, the total cost is $350, with each additional child being $15 each. Parents and other supervising adults are free, and we request a ratio of at least 1 adult for every three children. Payment will be required when you book your spot. Please contact us with any questions.

Inclement weather: Birthday parties are booked fairly far in advance, making it difficult to reschedule due to weather. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you at a later date. If we do need to cancel, we will let you know as soon in advance as we can, via email and if necessary, the phone number you left when booking your reservation. We will work to reschedule your appointment or offer a refund in these rare cases.

Restrictions: Birthday parties are limited to a maximum of 30 children, 18 and under. We request that you attempt to bring at least 1 supervising adult for every 3 children, and more adults are welcome.

A number of safety rules will apply, and for your own safety as well as that of our keepers and animals, we will strictly enforce them.
