If you are wishing to book a Sanctuary Tour for a large group, the above information applies. We understand that groups often seek to book months in advance in order to secure a spot, but don’t typically know how many people will attend until the date gets closer. We have made exceptions for these cases in the past by allowing payment on arrival, but due to a number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we are unable to make these exceptions moving forward.

Our visitor walkway is covered, so we do not normally cancel tours due to weather, unless it becomes dangerous. If it does become necessary to cancel a tour, we will contact you via the email you provide when booking the reservation. We’ll do our best to let you know at least several hours beforehand, though we can’t guarantee that.
